HOMZ began with a handful of real estate veterans to cater to the US housing crisis. We studied the markets and dug deep into the renting patterns across the country. After gathering rich insights from different states and different types of renters, we built a company focused on addressing the one pressing issue - shortage of quality and attainable housing focused on wellness. And that’s how HOMZ came into being.
